this is a fantastic tune! I played this in high school and the next year in university as well. Our high school band may have performed it better then the college.

This song is absolutely amazing. It's definitely my favorite that I've done with any orchestra or wind ensemble. I loved the meter changes. Like switching from 4/4 to 5/8 then 6/8, or whatever, something like that, and it was constant too. How many times does the time signature change in this whole song?

@djmikeaaronr The Northern Illinois one. I would have bought this one because I hear Eugene Corporon is a bit of a legend as conductors go, but it was album only, and I didn't have the money for a full album. Well both recordings sound great anyhow, if all "country music" was like this I think I could get into the genre ;)
I played this 3 years ago in highschool, and I just remembered the name today and bought it, my computer classified it as "country music" someone needs to fix the genre decider on these programs.
