Filling 1 1/2 c irish moss (1 part irish moss to 3 parts water) zest of 2 lemons 3/4 c lemon juice 1/2 c maple sugar or fructose (cheaper) 1 tsp turmeric 10 drops lemon extract zest of 2 lemons
