@Hedning1390 "good computer is needed anyway for other programs" Lie.... You can get a crappy dual core with onboard video, the only thing it won't do, at all, is gaming. But it's more than enough for internet browsing and video playing.... Hell, the way things are now, you can just buy a console and a netbook or a chinese android tablet... The "if you are on the internet you are on a computer" argument pc-elitists LOVE so much... Doesn't stick so well anymore...

@Terryracoon You don't need a €2k computer to play on the highest graphics settings. Mine is 3 years old €1k which works just fine, and every € you spend on a console (and accessories) is money on top of your computer as a good computer is needed anyway for other programs

Yes computer games can sometimes have long installing times, but they are not difficult to get through and if you want to skip the registering you can just torrent the game instead of installing it off the disk.

@Hedning1390 "The computer is not so pricey" A descent gaming rig will cost you far more than, say, an xbox 360.... Plus, there's the whole lifetime thing, i bought my 360 and my Wii, knowing they wouldn't be obsolete in 6 years.... When you buy a PC, it will go obsolete very quickly, and if you don't keep up, in less than 4 years it will already be lagging with any new games....

So not only is it expensive to buy, you actually have to keep feeding it with pricey upgrade parts!
