I saw the exact same thing in forfar about 2 months ago. It was a lot lower and bigger but exactly the same, it hovered slowly no sound no particular direction then faded in the distance. On the video if you look closly at around 0.06 you will see on the left side of the glow another glowing object shooting past it!
