The ants stay indoors for a couple of days and naturally the townspeople act like the usual horror movie morons. However, we do get something nice from the wimpy gas station attendant. We'll get to the ant hive next time, I promise.

For a nervous gas station attendant, he sure does get ballsy hiking around just because he hasn't seen a giant ant in a few days.

I'd say I personally wouldn't leave the house, but I'm not sure that would be the safest course of action either.

It's not bad once you figure out how it works. I think shooting antennae off the ants is always a pain, though.

I think thats genius "This is a retricted area" at the military base but you can freely buzz over in your plane ^_^

I found out the hard way if you go back you get roughed up by the MP's, same with the construction site boys if you have no evidence :(

As far as the flamethrower goes, there are at least two possible explanations. The first is that it was army surplus, which was relatively easy to get during that time period. The other is that the flamethrower is actually one of the older blowtorches, used for heating up pipes, and not too different from some of the earlier flamethrowers.
