  • This wonderful version of the Mnohaya Lita has been around a lot longer than 10 years, because Doc Koval taught it to me almost 17 years ago. It was also the first part of an extended Mnohaya Lita performed at my wedding reception, at which Bishop Nicholas was present (1995). At that time, another fast chant preceded the sonorous version we have here. The fast chant had a cantored fore-singer part which was congregation repeated. This version here is used in OCA and ROCOR Rusyn parishes.

  • Would you be willing to share sheet music? Would LOVE to learn this!

    Thanks! God Bless!

  • This is the Carpatho-Rusyn Plain Chant (Prostopinije) melody. Do not tell me that this is American because this version of the Mnohaja Lita melody was brought over to America from a pilgrimage our Bishop attended in the Ukraine around 10 years ago.

  • You would like a copy of the sheet music?
