@Benderrr111 That's because he was an artist a musician of sorts in the field of energy. Scientists are technicians they are not able to think outside the box of their experiences, they do not attempt to try things that have never been tried before without a hypothesis first, and while they do innovate they always explore with the intent of finding a specific goal, Seldom do they wonder off the well worn path of indoctrinated knowledge. Tesla was an explorer for the purposes of discovery!

@MrCodaman You are right,he moved to America because he didn't have conditions to progress in Serbia.If he didn't move to America he probably wouldn't become the greatest scientist.I'm not trying to say that he's not serb and you shouldn't be proud of him.

@MrCodaman He was a Serbian immigrant and it is mentioned in every article that I read but he was also an American because he carried american citizenship for 62 years until his death.So technically he's Serbian-American.His most important inventions were created on American soil,that's why he's also considered to be part of American history.
