Jenskidd said it was wrong to call someone with more than a million dollars a millionaire (I think he quickly realised he was wrong). I jokingly asked him if he would also, by his reasoning, call someone who has five million dollars a "fivemillionaire". The terms "multimillionaire" and "millionaire" are both used for someone who has five million, I know that. He wasn't referring to that fact. You're right though, both can be used.
