You can't take one or two extremist idiots and try to generalize about Israelis or Israeli soldiers. Most Israelis are not like this at all, and it is hateful to propagate a different impression. (In the case of the soldier, we don't even see the context, maybe he had to get the child moving quickly out of a dangerous situation for everyone's safety; we just don't know, but I'm sure you'll just assume the worst because you see what you want to see.)
