The United States, which comes under the scrutiny of the 47-member UN Human Rights Council for the first time on Friday, says it is open to fair criticism of its flawed record. Sara Flounders, the co-director of the International Action Center says the President Obama appears open to the council, his actual policies are worse than former President Bush.

America's racist hertiage is associated with defining race abroad in Europe. If their wasn't a scientist that defined race as being Nordic then the superior ideology might not have grew. America along with Europe ahered to the same ideology becoming more neo-conservative.

Scandal has been the center of the progression of the United States in its vision to act as peace keeper. It can't be dismissed from Human Rights Violations. Particularly with strategic planning of termoil. One such scandal would be Vietnam and how Cambodia was bombed while talks between the United States and North Vietnam resulted in a signed cease fire. While along, the United States disignated individual Vietnameses in South Vietnam to act as agents for safe passage to America.
