I hope you keep posting. You are one of only two people on youtube I subscribe to. I've watched everything you have put up, and I've learned a lot. (I hope you will be drinking less in Iraq--it doesn't seem like a safe place to be blotto--but then you are always drunk when you post, and I want the postings. Ah...the contradictions in life!)

thanks -- they only let u.s. military drink non-alcoholic beer in iraq, altho some people get a hold of the occasional bottle. my biggest concern about making videos is finding somewhere alone to record dialogue without seeming crazy

Ah, so you are US military. I wasn't sure. You said you were going with "some people" and I thought maybe you might have been going in any one of a number of civilian possibilities: press, aid, oversight, activism---or, of course, military. I feel better having things be a bit more concrete.

Let me know if you need something small but desired physically mailed to you (cereal? chocolate?).

thanks, i appreciate it. i've been explaining to many people that life is basically civilized for soldiers over there. the only thing i remember being hard to get was camel filters. for some reason they don't carry that brand of cigarettes at the stores on the bases. it's survivable tho

I think your suggestion that the next president should be picked at random, rather than from the two major parties, has merit. The scary thing is, just a few days ago, I was thinking the same thing. I figured, throw a dart at a map of America, go to where the dart landed, blindfold yourself, wander the streets until you can grab somebody, and whoever you grab becomes President.

What happens to the price of oil if we leave Iraq?

Is that not the real issue?

Will America shrival up into a spiralling recession as we lose what control of oil revenue we have or are fighting for?

I can not imagine the best answer.

We have no leaders who can unify the pirate kings (Fuller- Operating Manual for Spaceship Earth) that wish to control the share of the worlds oil that they can control.

Can it be done?

Powerful ! In america we do not have justice we have civilization ( of a sort). Hussain gave Iraq, finally, civiliztion, with no justice. We laid waste to that civilization.
