HEALING THE WORLD with LOVE and LIGHT

Namaste' Everyone..

I'd been thinking about this for a while. Somehow we are facing daily weird feelings or negative energies which may bring quite wacky amusing feelings

The more we try to send out light and love the more negative energies come towards us

And one of the meditation philsophies I worked with went like this; all energy moves around the universe. And when you need energy, you borrow it, and when you have energy you

send it out; dedicate your practice and your high spirits back out to the universe.

I think a lot of people borrow energy when they need it. And perhaps forget to send it back, or don't know to dedicate their good energy back out.!!?? :))

And I said, we should let good positive energies go back out to the universe - and I let it go, and we wil feel so relieved, wonderful, calm and connected.

And with my latest video i want to encourage anyone who are facing negative energies and those who have positive energies to send it on out there
