Internationaly renowned Franco-Québécois group GENTICORUM plays at a typical Irish Pub near TEMPLE BAR, Dublin, Ireland just before their appearance at the Temple Bar Trad Fest 2009.

The boys were in a relaxed mood, and the charming ambience of the pub inspired them to render this classic! It was fun speaking to them in French..." l'accent québécois..c'est très musical comme leur musique!!"

  • Salut! ca va bien? Wow! thats interesting! What does 'crooked tunes' mean? I am trying to educate myself more about this lovely genre. I even interviewed them for the Indian press. This tune is so lively and heart-rendering! Being an Indian classical musician, I relate closely to this music! Please pass on the video! Avec chaleureux salutations! Merci beaucoup!

  • This tune is called Edmund Laliberté- one of the classic Airs Tordus - crooked tunes - of Quebec. -Nice film of my favourite Quebecois musicians. Salut!
