No problem.
He obviously looked and saw he could safely cross.
Why not show when he crossed the next road?
Driving an ambulance, when I see there is no cross traffic, I proceed through red signals with stopping. State law allows "slowing as may be necessary for safety". Some agencies require the the EV stop before proceeding. Wastes more fuel and time for everyonelse waiting for the EV to get out of their way.

well when I said "breaking" I meant as in to stop.
-
you gotta stop...PERIOD.....I was a track inspecter in dillon sc and we have a lot of woods with private crossing in hunting clubs that you still must stop.
-
well the video does star with him practicaly on the crossing. He couldv'e stoped and just sped up realy fast.
And at 0:06 you can clearly see him breaking.

I work for CSX, We HAVE to stop at every single road crossing. The hy rail vehicles with the rubber tires wont let the gates go down. He broke a major rule and if caught could get 30 days at home without pay.

What's so ballsy about that? No different than merging from an on-ramp or something.
