  • You're welcome. Thanks for watching!!

  • Thank you watching your video made this so much easier!

  • @jls05e

Thank you! I'm glad the video helped.

  • Please let me know, how to retrieve the data once the survey is completed.

  • @MsHutch82

Great question, MsHutch82! You can save any surveys you receive as a comma-delimited file by clicking "File" and "Options" in Word 2010. Select the "Advanced" tab in the Word Options window. Checkmark "Save form data as delimited text file" and click "OK." Click "File" and "Save As" to open the Save As dialog box. Click "Save" to accept the TXT format. The File Conversion dialog box opens. Choose a conversion type like "Windows (Default)" and click "OK." Hope that helps.

  • Allison, your help was far better than from Microsoft! They had me create a new tab. Thanks!

  • Oh, thanks so much, Pastorbrian61! I appreciate that. And sorry you had to create a new tab before.

  • confuse ..

  • I had no idea I could create forms on MS word. One thing I noticed is that when people think of forms people think of the type that you submit to someone, but what about the type of forms used internaly by a business or organization. How are these managed.

  • Great tutorial. I was wondering how to create a send button so that you can send email after filling in the form.

  • This was simple and great. To the point. I would have liked to see you reopen it with the intent to start filling it out. For some reasons, after I go back in to sample my forms, something is not right with them.

  • thank you for taking the time to make this.

  • It is easy to create the form and protect it, but when I e-mail it, it can't be opened, even by me on the same computer I created it on.
