Joe Delaney works for Randall / Eden Electronics from 2009, works also with Bugera in the development section he is the "guru of tone" of this cheap but great amps, in the past worked from 2005 to 2009 with Behringer as product professional manager. He has 25 years of experience in music and amplification, i know he's not a big guitar player but respect for this guy he is not a rookie.

I actually like the Rt100h, its a really good tube amp, EXTREMELY versatile, but Joe Delaney does suck...horrendously
