When I first heard them, I was listening to two of their songs a friend put on my MP3 and I thought they were unreleased A7X songs (War of Ages and Bleed You Dry) but I now think they have two very distinct sounds. The Confession deffinitly made a way better first few albums (including their demo) than A7X, I think they coulda been even better, anyways I hope in a few years they decide to try again, dunno the details on why they broke up but I thnk they need to find a way to make it work again.

WOW i just found these guys and i must say i am impressed. and just to add to this whole the confession/a7x debate; the confession does have a similar sound. i mean, theres really not much denying it, they just do, but its also different enough to show that they are not a7x rip-offs, they r the confession. which also means theyre amazing in their own ways, so people really shouldn't be comparing them, cuz its just different stuff. just sit back and enjoy the music
