The Manta Ray Sqaut Attachment for barbell squats. Prevents bar roll, evenly distributes the weight across the traps, reduces pain in neck.

Some say it's for pussies - I say if you're not worried about your neck you can focus more on your squat and go heavier.

I love it! Old school BB's will most probably not - I'll let you decide for yourself but if you haven't tried it - don't go shooting your mouth off , it'll just show everyone how ignorant you are :)

If you have a question - please ask. If you have a comment - try not to be ignorant and leave something constructive.

  • @chilliman64 No , it would be better to squat 400 or even 300 lbs using correct form.Read what I wrote again. If it hurts your doing it wrong. In the correct position with the correct technique it doesn`t hurt.I learnt that myself from a weightlifter who showed me how to do it.Lame lame lame!!

  • @spiderman241069 is that how Spiderman does it?

  • @chilliman64 they are obviously over testosteroned teens dude, you sir are correct!

  • @MajorKonig49 yes, but did your mom give you permission to go to the gym is the question..

  • for spiderman and Major - so is it better to squat 500lb and be in pain than to squat 500lb and not be in pain? does the pain help you recover quicker or lift more weight? wouldn't something like this actually encourage trainees to squat? why does it have to hurt?

  • Lame! Squats performed properly don`t hurt that area.Maybe a little with heavy weights but the discomfort encourages good form. Why not add some bungy cords to the top of the rack to eliminate the "pain" of handling all that weight. And maybe a spring loaded seat to push you back up.

    LAME LAME LAME!!
