(From the fan game - Concealed the Conclusion)
This is from my latest Bidoof only run in HGSS. Below are the restrictions to this run.
o = Allowed
x = Forbidden
x Pokemon except for Bidoof in battle
x Changing Bidoof's Moveset
x Hold Items except for Everstone
x Trainer Rematches
x Wild Battles resulting in EXP Gain (Lugia/Ho-oh does not count, as that is a forced battle)
o All avaliable items
o HM slaves
I started with a Bidoof that I bredt in Platinum with this ID number, Bidoof is obtained as soon as possible via a trade. Bidoof is EV trained at Level 8 in the start, with 252 HP, and 252 Spd EV'd. Bidoof's unique ability - Simple, is the key to this run along with the Curse + Quick Attack combo. With Simple, Curse does a +2 to Attack and Defense, which gives Bidoof the much needed offense. This set has major problems with Ghost Pokemon, as can't learn anything useful to hit Ghosts. Odor Slueth is chosen for this purpose, and the pesky Double Team (read: cheaters) users that are common in this game.
Oh boy, is this one hard.
After beating Lance Round 2, I came straight here. Even at Level 90, this is very difficult. I don't know if the 3 in-game Rare Candies helped, but the Hail is causing serious problems and I need those extra HPs.
I needed to get rid of Pikachu ASAP, he comes packing with a Light Ball and everything that he does hits you crazy hard. After a Curse, the AI will try to Thunderbolt instead, which hurts just as much. Blastoise hits considerably less, and I could buff out the damage if I dance around with the items carefully. His Focus Blasts are accurate (unlike if I try to use it...), so I have to watch out for that.
It is only hard until you figured out the set up bait, and I still blew a lot of healing items just to get it going.
.....i wouldnt fuck with that bidoof.....
