@sgtsteveo1 Yes, I totally listen to rap, that of course would be the reason I was here listening to APC. And yes he has stated that, maybe not in every interview, but he has mentioned that people often make presumptions on what "he" means by the song which is what I am referring to, not what the song means to the listener you silly goose.

@leeklibingat i've watch every interview with him there is and he does not say that at all. However, what he does say is you are supposed to listen to his music and find your own understanding of what he's trying to portray. Don't make up statements that do not exist for your own idealistic opinions to try to ruin what people are imagining when listening to these songs. go listen to rap if you want simplistic music you can shake your ass to.

He actually says what it's about once, can't remember where. He's singing from the point of view of a guy who's brother is depressed, cuts himself, may be on heroin, not sure, and how he can't understand why he can't 'snap out of it'. It's about not being able to relate.
