I've been riding 10 yrs now and my friends are instructors... in my opinion you ride stupid, you deserve whatever you get. This biker was clearly over taking and under cutting cars at high speed.

ok, the biker is an idiot, he's riding like a suicidal guy and probably found a driving license in a cornflakes box, put his picture on it and voila! BUT! BUT! the car driver is not only blind, but also incompetent and under average. i mean, the bike WAS at that moment extremely well visible in his right mirror. if only people used that shit...
