I like the EODD approach and have been doing it for a year, or so. I EODD Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (usually) and find it helps me see food as fuel, not as something I crave.
What I see ppl do is eat garbage (fast foods, dead foods) and eat like pigs (huge portions), and not move, sometimes at all... even kids - give them colas and fries and KFC, and a computer with video games, and they are at it for days, never going outside or exercising. Any wonder they are obese, or diabetic...

ITS ON ME SHEET LOL

thats why when i get my own place as an adult im not gonna even bring a bag of chips into my home. just healthy foods. my parents didnt teach me how to be healthy, they werent healthy themselves.. so i wasnt.. because of my lack of education on healthy and unhealthy as a little kid, i have a learning disability

make sure you get atleast two cups of water before bed after the run though and if you really need to eat, 1 slice of toast, very lightly buttered

it's not companies fault. it's everyones fault's who's fat, if you fat and overweight, it's your own damn fault. i run 3 times a week and that alone maintains my weight and health. you can still eat crap food just not as much and balance your meals, eat till your full not till the plate is empty. very simply people, it's not rocket science. running at night is the best option for quick weight loss, low traffic, cool conditions and the best part is your metabolism is revved before bed.

Hi Fossilmossil,
I had to make a decision when writing my books re: topic materials. 7 Minute Muscle (7minutemuscle [ d o t ] com) is by far the best book I've written for rapid muscle gains. Just too much to put into one book.
I am coming out with a full combo package in a few months.
Just to point out to you that you said in this video at 5.37-5.40 that there was a link to your EODD and there isn't. I thought I should let you know about it.

I agree on what you say about exercise and diet being the only answer but people not doing it correctly. I think that the most common idea of these is to spend 40min in the treadmill and diet until you starve. Not only these methods are ineffective but they are so hard that I can't blame anyone who can't keep doing them for more than a couple months.
I think the first step is information, and in that sense is awesome to see you giving chapters of your EODD for free.

Hi Voltaire66,
Indeed. Starvation when it's "planned" (i.e. reducing calories for X hours followed by boosting calories for X minutes) is ideal, but the general public never hears about this. That's why I wrote EODD and why I wanted to give the free chapters away.

i've been following your videos on here for a couple of months now and i have to say - i like what you're saying and how you're saying it - taking examples of false statements from the media and telling it how it should be - straight to the point stuff with all the frilly bits taken out
keep it up man
