Taylor Atkins succeeds Kylee Lin, Jessica Powell and Stephanie Brink as Miss California Teen USA. Raquel Beezley was crowned Miss California USA 2008, after an accounting mix up. Christina Silva was crowned Miss California USA 2008 and relinquished the crown after an accounting audit. Raquel Beezley succeeds previous titleholders Meagan Tandy, Tamiko Nash, and Britney Hogan as Miss California USA.
