@hecrpd You do realize the Soviet Union would have collapsed with or without Regan due to their crumpling economy with the war in Afghanistan not helping and the peoples discontent over communism. Secondly Regan left the United States economy in shambles with Unemployment double of what it was when he first became president. And lastly when you call Regan the best Republican President all I have to say to you is have you heard of a man named Abram Lincoln all he did was end SLAVERY.

Actually you are wrong about Regan.Was by far the best Republiucan President we ever had.He ended the cold war by making the Soviets tear down the Berlin wall to reunite Germany.Created the misstle defense sytem STAR WARS.He did a good deed.
