CSS IS A CPU GAME!!! NOT GPU!

CS:S is a CPU game not GPU so you get higher fps with higher clock on CPU.

I got HD4850 with Q6600 @ 3,0Ghz I got 460fps in test and before the overclock I had 230fps.
