The Frozen Man - James Taylor [HD Jam Session]

JT Up Close & Personal. Filmed in picturesque Martha's Vineyard, this song features James and his highly regarded touring band as they prepare for their 1992 summer tour. The DVD - "James Taylor: Squibnocket" - captures James in the relaxed atmosphere of his home, thereby giving the performances a personal, intimate quality.

This is the band that recorded "James Taylor(Live)" in a rehearsal setting on Martha's Vineyard, and is probably the only live video available of the greatly missed Don Grolnick (playing in James' band). It also features the wonderful Michael Landau, who pulled out incredibly lyrical pedal steel sounds from his electric guitar.

@MaxmumSpeed Michael Landau. He's a great session guy from LA (I think it's LA), although he's played live a lot over the years. He's a monster on the guitar! You can grab this entire rehearsal for JT's (then) forthcoming tour--the video is called Squibnocket.

I have loved JT's music since I was turned on to him by a great friend in the army . Wow , that was the late 70's lol . I am glad he is healthy and still making music . Does anyone know who the young man playing electric guitar is, in this vid ??
