Here I am doing a teaching demonstration at a local kindergarten for about 130 children. These kids are in K2 and K3, which means they are almost ready to enter first grade. I sang a few songs and told a few stories.
The idea behind these teaching demonstrations that the kids can see that learning English is a lot of fun (and then they might ask their parents to come join my school! ;-). Teachers and administrators at the kindergarten are also influential in recommending schools to parents, so this is a very effective promotional method.
Oh, by the way, the microphone was too short for me, so that's why I'm standing like that :-P.
What are the words? can't hear,what do you say..HERE...???

@MissCherryEyes The song is:
Here is _____, Here is _______,
How are you? How are you?
Very well and Thank you. Very well and Thank you.
Go away. Go away.
The finger names are: "Pinky", "Ring Man", "Tall Man", "Pointer" and "Thumb Man". And then the last chorus is for "Everyone"

What pants! I take it this is a Montessori systme, the most outdated education process in the world today

@SirBounder I wouldn't know. It's not my school. I just went there to sing some songs for a bunch of little kids, not pontificate on what "systme [sic]" they use to teach their students.
