Wow, Just couldn't help my self... The catalytic converter is in the silencer. And you called the carburettor the catalytic converter. Every petrol machine has a carburettor, it mixes the fuel with the air and sends it into the combustion chamber of the engine.

hello sandeep,
i am thinking of buying thesame bike too, but are they reliable?
becouse they say that the older indian enfields are not good.
are you still happy of your bike?
please let me know.
greetings

@rockingkristof my two cents ... The new Indian enfiled engines are much more reliable than the earlier cast iron engines. i am happy with my buy though i think enfield can still do a lot in the safety dept ( back disc breaks for eg, rear view mirror). They can also improve the build quality of the upholstery, the indicators.
