You cannot get bored on a Guardian's song!! It's impossible!!
How could you get bored when you listen to "And There Was Silence" or "The Wheel of Time" ?
They are (like all the other BG songs) the pure essence of epicness! XD

@psykosauron maybe you are wrong (as possibly said times and times before me) For example, with songs like Loreena McKenitt's Highwayman you want them to never end.

@psykosauron Well, I don't know. When they started to play this song I was like: "No, way! Are they really going to play it?" I couldn't believe. I remember, I was jumping like crazy from the very first moment till the very end and when I came back home moments from this song were first to be mentioned to my friends. It was epic! :D

the only problem with long songs is that people, no matter how good the song is, get bored after more than 7-8 minutes, i once saw an interview with Kirk Hammet (Metallica) saying that the reason they didnt play "...and justice for all" for a long time wasnt because it was hard to play or hard to play for 9 minutes (cos it was) but because it was really anoying to stand on-stage giving everything you got when the audience is either bored or half asleep.

@psykosauron Unfortunately i'd never heard of blind guardian when this show was played but if it was nowadays i'd be like this :D all the way through this song!!
There's a few 10+ minute songs i love from start to finish but people have their own likes and dislikes lol

This song is fucking epic. Sacred Worlds and Wheel of Time are also damn epic too, but And Then There Was Silence will always take first prize.
