It goes without saying that Relapse has some of the best modern metal bands on their label, but unless you're in a signed band, or more importantly on relapse- you have no clue what you're talking about. There are some serious scumbags in the depths of the music business

The Relapse comment lines up with some comments I've heard from bands on Relapse. Like making the bands buy their own cd's for $8 to sell for $10 making sure the bands don't make much off of their own work. If you want to support a band at a show, buy a shirt with that CD so they have something to go home with.

Wow I like Brent's music and all, but he is really a dick. Gets in drunk fights with random people and disses a label that's responsible for tons of progressive metal/hardcore out there today.

I like Brent but he's so full of shit with the comment about Relapse Records. He has no place talking about work ethic when everywhere he goes he shows up absolutely shit faced and unable to sing more than a view notes without sounding like a raped pig. Disappointing man.

@CokeZeroization nope, he wasn't. Relapse is a great label, perhapse the most important metal label ever. But once you and your band are on this label you have to tour, tour and tour.
