@freedomofabird we use a hand line with a small hook bait with dew worms the trout give a good tug on the hook and and you just pull them up , there was only 12 inch of water under the ice it can be a lot of fun if they are taking the hook good and fast . thanks for watching and your comments .

@Mikeflycast guess youv never worked in a fishing community on the coast lol youd prolly shit your heart out seeing what a newfie dose to a cod fish lol or a boat full of crabs /smelts ect nothing wrong went on here if you dont like it dont watch it i like doing the same as this guy keeps my food absolutly fresh if you want go smack your fish with a bat or w/e you do to kill them fast what ever floats your boat har har har

The fact that you said " who cares its a fucking fish " says something about you. The fact that it's a fish doesn't mean it feels no pain, and that it doesn't deserve some respect. I have been fishing all my life, and people who treat fish like this, give us a bad name.
