I love how in every episode, there is the creepy bald watcher guy. If you try hard, you can always find him. In the one where the sking seals over the street peddlars face, he bumps into the watcher.

However, the "dead characters," of your original comment is not lost on me. What other character has returned "without (blatant-in-your-face-let-us-s
pell-it-out) explanation"? Because then I understand the sweeping superlative of "worst show ever." -
