You should change the title to you video, "eliminating" moire by blurring is not fixing anything.

@justinpicciotti Hi Justin, thank you for your input. As explained in the video, the solution I present does "eliminate" the moire caused by the interaction of the screen with the pattern in the image. Unfortunately, if you have moire in your original image, you have a bigger problem. This is usually caused by the interaction of the pattern with your sensor. Or perhaps two patterns in your scene competing with each other. Do you have such an image?
