I loved this video, thanks!

If you ask me, no liberals or conservatives on the court. I want judicial MODERATES who believe in individual liberty but also a fair degree of economic liberty and actually remembering what the Constitution says on things like states' rights, which has been ignored for the past 8 or so decades.

ed should do a late term abortion on himself

Dude, HAD AL GORE WON we would of NEVER had gone to war with Iraq, maybe with Afganistan, but NOT Iraq and loose over 4000 men. HAD Al Gore been president we would all be driving electric cars right now, and we woudnt had to worry about outrageust oil prices and global warming. Because of 1 vote, ONE court vote that Bush won, the same court that could have allowed florida to do a recount of it ballots. That same damnable year, 2000, was the time I came to this country, I regret so many things...

Its a real shame, we would all had been a lot happier

After Alito, Roberts and Thomas conservatives can't complain about politics infecting the Supreme Court.
-
It's about time there is a Rush Limbaugh of the left-wing.

This guy Shultz is a moron. He still thinks "liberals" are going to be for the little guy when they are actually round table globalist kooks like Al Gore.

Great quotes, wardog.
Unfortunately Obama and his potential nominee must play the "whu whu?!" game. Potential Supreme Court justices aren't allowed to reveal partisanship, so no one, including Obama, can really screen the selection the way Schultz wants.
Soutter is an enormous loss. He is an intellectual titan. Why couldn't Clarence Thomas go? He is dumb as $I-Ii+ .
