tr-808 drives Simmons sds-v

How I interface a TR-808 with a Simmons sds-v modular old school drum rack. The 808 also hasthe all black w/blue led program buttons. The audio sucks, I know, but it was quick and dirty using the camera to make simple combined files. Done in an hour start to finish.

Where did you get the black program buttons for the 808?

chipforbrains also savedbytechnology are two ebay names for a solid guy who sells custom synth parts. The all black 808 buttons w/blue leds are/were a limited run drop-in set. He repros regular sets. I've bought off him twice, shipping is slow/no email response. But he does it. Happy with his 909 pots and switches set. There are some hong kong sellers who sell fake or rebadged ICs. But I trust cy. He travels so don't panic if its slow. He comes through. DIY, no install manuals.

tascam 4400, as listed at the end, I have digitals and tape, but for this I just used spring
