I hope you get invovled in a really nasty accident so I can film you and give grief to officers whilst they try to help you. You're selfishness and pure ignorance shows what is wrong with society these days. We waste our tax payers money paying the government to look after scum like you.

Im a student paramedic, the public get confused so easily and focus on possible wastes of resources or time.
their priority was to secure the scene, secure entry routes for other emergency services and preserve the scene as a possible crime scene. due to mechanism of injury it had potential for a C-spine injury, patient cannot be moved until accessed by a paramedic or senior clinician. and scene saftey means stopping passing vehicles.

@damianread Right theres a couple of things wrong. What Pyro999maniac said is true but i shall tell you from the point of view as a medic. A broken ankle can develop into something worse and its always best to close the road to give us safe room to work in. Plus if this was an RTC then spinal examination is required always. this takes time and space. There is absolutely nothing wrong on this video. This was sensible policing. You can delay people for a broken ankle.

@damianread let me explain how this works. Calls to RTCs on busy main roads tend to be bad with large diversions needed. If a member of the public calls in an RTC on a busy road control puts it out as "all units" because they expect that they will require several units. its up to the public to supply accurate information in order for the correct units to be sent.

your right mate, the resources could have been better used at your mums house, to give her the best orgy of her life!!!

That police officer can lose his job for saying that!
-
no one knows what is actually going on here unless your one of the police officers in this video, so no one should be commenting or laughing cus they don't know whats going on here
-
Well i suppose you would like traffic driving around you when you're injured, never mind about the paramedic's, police officer's and victim's safety. Looks like whenever there is a chance to slag the police off, most people will just jump at it.

What goes around comes around. Police are humans do not always make the best choice. What about if the road was not closed and another accident took place and the man got hit and killed?? Then everyone would wonder why the police did not close the road for safety. We make mistakes, were not super heros. He can winge all he likes at the end of the day if something happened to him who would he call I wonder!!!!! You guessed it.

The police only get on the news for doing something wrong, very rarely are they on there for doing something good
Thanks for all the comments.
I have not deleted any, even the ones that seem to question what I saw with my own eyes.
I just thought it was funny considering the guy can be seen sitting at the bus stop having a laugh with the coppers.
