We embarked on a journey
Called Internship
One that would take us
Through many ups
And downs
Twists
And Turns
We started out as blockmates
But as the days
Weeks
And months went by
We began to realize that
We formed bonds
And friendships
That would last a lifetime
We watched out for each other
Kept each other sane
Sympathized with losses
Celebrated achievements
Carried each other
To the finish line
Now
As the end draws near
We look back
At the year that has been
Heres to tonight, 2010
Let it not be an end
But a transition.
Continuing
To move forward
As one class
One heart
One voice
Towards a common goal
Towards greater opportunities
Towards a future
That we can all call our own.
