all ur stuff looks delicious and very easy to make...i cant wait to try....never mind the derogatory comments...those mostly seem like they are coming from the narrow minded FOBs who have no clue and have to criticize cus thats their habit...their food doesnt digest until they say something bad about others..typical....

Hi Anuja and Hetal, love your videos! One question, i've been making pav bhaji just fine before coming to the usa, but since coming here, it just doesn't taste the same. i think that the potatoes that i'm using may not be suitable for pav bhaji. Which ones do you use? I've tried Russet potatoes and the pink-skinned ones. Any suggestions?

Hello
Great recipe!
I have a question: a young family member is moving. I want to give him some frozen food so that it travels as solid without too much leakage.
I was thinking of freezing some bhaji in sandwich bags, so that they will travel well for a short flight.
Do you think that should work?
Thanks a lot! :)

@undplulucf
Sorry for the late reply. Anything frozen will start to thaw immediately. If you plan to use it immediately after reaching your destination, it would be okay. It is probably not a good idea to allow frozen things to thaw and then refreeze again.

And I don't see any texture at all in your vegetables.

You will feel the texture as you eat it. If you've had pasty pav bhaji, you would definitely notice the texture.
