if this is lifting the sky chi gong mvenment then the hands should be turned outwards facing the sky , breah in to the dan tain on tos and release slowly to relaxed stance and nourish chi before starting next mvenment, and repeat...

The music is nice and the sky colours quite enchanting - pity that we can't actually see what's going on in terms of movements.

It's a place called Rio Gordo in spain - we went there for a weeks training holiday - was really beutiful and pretty remote - so very peaceful. Thanks for watching. CM
