Thanks!! I've never really been into a strict pratice regime, I mostly "practice" by playing along with backing tracks or trying to figure out songs or themes by ear, that's what I get the most enjoyment out of. I definitely recommend Guthrie's creative guitar books, there is so much valuable information in there and Guthrie's got a great way of writing and verbalizing some of the more esoteric qualties of guitar playing. If you want some new soloing concepts try out the "Lick-tionary" from MI.
