will never happen mars will never look like a second moon. It was as close as it's going to get arround the time the video was posted 55,785,006 kilometres . The moon is 384,392 kilometers away.

Actually,Mars did apear as big as the moon on august 27th 2003 and was a bit smaller on 2005 and a bit smaller on 2007 now you see it as a bright star in the sky.when its at its smallest it will start to get bigger again,but very slowly.Its said that jupiter keeps mars orbit at bay also with the sun,But i dident think it was true,In the year 2287 you will be able to see it as big as the moon again,Only a little bigger.I got most of this from a website,So dont expect some of this to be true.
