Hello there!

Very good video and sound from that Cadillac!

Just one question to you, filllx , are you sure its 275 hp stock? Cause I have read often 300 hp on most sites about Cadillacs!

I've heard 275 from my neighbor who is a GM repair mechanic so I'll go with what the expert says, although you might be right too.

No way, you can do anything you want to the exhaust system as long as you have a catalyzer.

There were 2 versions of the Northstar in Devilles and Sevilles. LD8-275 HP,L37-300HP.

You cannot do whatever you want to an exhaust system. There are sound level regulations in all states.

The mufflers aren't the choke point in the original exhaust system on that car. Removing them gained 1 horse power at redline, if that. The K&N filter doesn't do that much either.

i know it's the high end model, but why did the fleetwood and the concours get the northstar before the other models (they got it in 96)

Nice caddy though, I have the same year but mine is (I can't remember the actual name for it) dark blue with flowmaster super 44's. Streight pipes sound pretty beefy!
