  • ok no offence i watched only 45 seconds of this vid so far and saying his fatigue went from 8 to 16 over night is something i refuse to beleive, but hey, ill do this right before i run tonight see how i feel

  • Well, It happened. That's all I can say--I saw it happen! If you breathe the yoga breath, slowing it down to 3-4 paces per breath through the nose instead of breathing high in your chest, you would instantly get about twice as much oxygen in your bloodstream. So, why wouldn't that in turn create twice as much endurance? Just sayin...

  • Very cool Ill definitely try this after my next run/ bike

  • Amazing stretches! Got so more out of this than with my regular 'traditional' stretches. Thanks!

  • I like your pants where can I get it? Is it yoga pants?

  • Just excellent tips and style/flow as usual from Sadie!! I'd like to share that frog pose or half frog if your quads are really tight is also very beneficial before and after running. It is also a wonderful "happiness" pose. :)

  • I think sadie is on the right track. i used to be out of breathe so quickly, but now i pace my breathing slowly and can go for longer before feeling tired.
