it does sound nice, but it is unlikely you will notice much of a performance improvement; especially on a newer vehicle with all the emissions crap on them.

lol ok thats better.. performance wise ,maybe not so much of a difference besides minor hp increase by reducing restriction over h-pipe. But sound wise cats or not you will see a vast improvement. i prefer cats for that smooth tone

I think he meant on the exhaust(mufflers) alone. They don't net much HP. But the intake with it, yeah those give good gains on the s197's.

I just ordered the c&l racer with a custom tune from brenspeed. Those seem to pick up about 25hp with the custom 91 octane tune. Yum!
