Very true. McCain is right - you have to listen to Obama's words. He keeps saying "I'm not going to take you gun." He doesn't say he is not going to keep you from buying additional guns or keep you from buying certain types of guns. He also doesn't say I am not going to make it harder for your to buy certain types of ammunition. I have no doubt if he is elected and has a 60 vote majority in the Senate, that he will in the first two years try to pass a ban on semi-auto firearms.

As someone who has never owned a gun nor do I have any use for one I thought the gun was a pretty modern invention! (1300's, or so.) Don't you think Ad Hominems and non sequiters only show your lack of erudition?

Obama doesn't know the difference between a riffle, and a shotgun. He certainly couldn't tell you the difference between skeet and trap. He's spent his entire life in the city fearing guns, which is why he has the attitude that people cannot be trusted with their own devices. Subsequently, we need to adopt a foot in the door policy, which wouldn't let the govt get their precedents on gun control.

I don't think Obama will do such things as you say. It's worries me that people talk in future tense about something that hasn't even happened. Obama is going to do this Obama is going to do that. No one knows what he's going to do for certain. Bush and Obama are polar opposites. To say that he would do something like that without prior knowledge is preposterous. As I've said before Obama doesn't want to take people's guns away and I doubt he'll do so once in the White House(if he wins)
