Where was this filmed? I recognize the great blue heron and coot which are birds common in the north central part of the USA.

:-) it was filmed a couple of miles away from where I live, and that is in Middle Europe, in Switzerland! Geneva (my home) lies between the Mount Blanc chain and the Jura chain, it is a very wet region, therefore very rich in animals and especially birds. The heron is very common here too, more rare are the purple heron and the storks. ;-)

That's a beautiful region but I would have never guessed Switzerland! Sadly there are no storks in the North America.  Thanks for your reply.
