2010 Tour de France-Stage 10 Prerace-B-Caravan

This is pre-arrival of the cyclists; waiting at the top of Cote de Laffrey, 77km into the race. The caravan is where the Tour sponsors have vehicles that go along the route about an hour before the racers and toss out freebies--hats, candies, etc. It gets the crowd excited and livens things up while waiting. Many of the vehicles are like parade floats in the US.
