@Corfal In the official Monster Hunter Encyclopaedia confirms that Black Diablos is not actually a subspecies, but is in fact a female Diablos during the mating season, hormones make the change of color, and about Lao, the ash colour is because volcanic eruption ashes rather than the red color from the iron particles from mines.Even the old man out the school say it
