You clearly don't understand how this type of marketing & promotion works lol. Why do you think celebrities are paid to wear certain brands or clothes & perfume? If you see somebody you look up to eating or wearing something, chances are you're gonna wanna do it, too.

He just said he was using them. He also says check with your doctor. Nothing he said was a promotion for them.
