  • Congratulations!

One of the weakest comments I've ever read here.

  • Very nice graphics on an 8bit system. Even the sound is pretty good for an 8 bit system. Too bad hardware scrolling was not part of the specs for MSX machines. Otherwise, they were pretty good for the day. Well balanced and conceived 8 bit architecture.

  • @melvoin you are a fagheyt

  • Cool game!

  • the sega version looks much nicer i think - though i would be partial to it being the only version i grew up playing

  • @TheDemoniusX

You get used to it after a while.

  • no smooth scrolling hardware makes shmups unplayble >_<

  • More than 2 colours on screen and no colour clash? WTF?!

  • That's a fair conversion for an MSX.

  • best 8-bit version hands down. Scrolling was annoying though. Especially as i can clearly remember playing cassette games on msx with much smoother scrolling.

  • Check out Gradius 2 or Salamander, they look a lot better than this halfhearted port. But yeah the MSX wasn't made for hardware scrolling.
